Return to the Wild: Bison Pattern

$14.50

The native species of wood bison in Alaska were unfortunately wiped out by overhunting in the early 1900s. However, in the last few decades there has been an effort to reintroduce bison back in the State through programs such as those at the Alaska Conservation Center in Portage, Alaska. My family often visits the center on our drive to Anchorage in the summer to see the bison, moose, elk (only place to see Elk in Alaska), caribou, bears and other critters. This bison pattern was inspired by one of our visits.

Return to the Wild: Bison uses batiks from my 2021 Return to the Wild Signature Batik Collection with Hoffman California Fabrics. This pattern can be made as an individual pattern as shown above, or combined with the other five Return to the Wild patterns to make the various other combination quilts.
