Cherry Blossoms is inspired from a trip I took with my family to Tokyo in 2019 to see the sakura in full bloom. We timed it perfectly and arrived just as the trees were beginning to bloom, and the morning we left the petals were beginning to cover the ground like snow. It was one of those bucket list trips that I will never forget.
Cherry Blossoms uses batiks from my 2025 Summer Zen Signature Batik Collection with Hoffman California Fabrics. The laser kit includes all fabrics for the background and binding as well as a pattern, and all laser pre-cut appliques. Not included in the kit are batting and backing.
